Instructions for use: Multichrome eyeshadow topper. Water-based. Instructions: Apply onto lids with finger or brush & let dry down for a few seconds. Keep seal tab inside & close cap after each use. During the drying time the texture can have a bit warming or tingling effect, which goes off after some seconds.
Warnings: Caution: Do not apply to sensitive or irritated skin. Avoid inner eye contact.
