unfortunately, we can only indicate an approximate date on our homepage.

we deliver the trend editions to the central warehouses of our trade partners (Müller, dm, Rossmann, etc.) on a specific date. from there, the goods are distributed to their stores.

sadly, we cannot influence the timing of this distribution. our trade partners decide when the products will be available in their stores.

currently, we do not have an online store. the fairly high costs for mailing would be quite disproportionate to our super low product prices. but who knows what the future holds.

our products are, for example, available in germany, the netherlands, belgium, ireland, spain, croatia, italy, switzerland and austria.

unfortunately, we do not offer free samples. we want to keep offering you and our other customers our products at the best possible prices and therefore do not have a budget for samples.

however, we regularly have prize draws where you can win fantastic essence beauty products in our brand new essence community, on twitter and on facebook!

we can assure you that cosnova neither conducts testing on animals, nor commissions it to any third parties – not in germany or anywhere else in the world. we strongly disapprove of testing on animals for cosmetics products.

unfortunately, we do not deliver to nail salons or beauty parlours.

the distribution structure at essence currently only allows us to deliver to trade organisations with central warehouses.

we cannot consider small businesses as the costs of handling and shipping would be unprofitable.
